We did check in to two of the three rooms in our reservation. The hotel was very happy to rent the third room that we did not use as there were many people looking for availability anywhere in Concord.

The only complaints we have: the toilet paper was like “tissue paper” and too thin. We went out and bought our own. The fact of having to return towels to the front desk to get clean ones, we had to wait 2 hours for them to be washed before we could get them back to take showers after being out in the hot sun all day.

It was comfortable. I only stayed for one night but I've stayed there before. The staff is kind and accommodating.

The front desk staff hopeton was very helpful switching rooms. He was very patient with resolving the issue. Checking out with Zach was very helpful in an easy checkout. Best checkout I ever had.
